At As December Falls, we want you to love your new gear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.
Ship the Package
Print your generated shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
